Yesterday in reading block we read The Singing Hat by Tohby Riddle.
The book is about a man sitting under a tree and falling a sleep and when he fell a sleep a bird came and made a nest on top of the mans head and the bird sat in the nest and stayed there all day longand we did these.
If I were colin Jenkins I would try and get someone to help me get the bird off.
Colin Jenkins reminds me of when I was playing with my anties dog and I saw in the tree a bird making a nest but then I saw a egg in the gaden so I took it in side and showed mum and then took it back out side and put it back in the nest.
